FAQs
Questions,
answered
Do you use WordPress or website builders?
No. Every website is custom-coded, which keeps it fast, secure and fully tailored to your brand. You still get an easy admin panel to edit content.
How long does a project take?
A landing page usually takes 1 to 2 weeks and a company profile 2 to 4 weeks. Web apps and AI projects depend on scope, and we’ll give you a timeline in the quote.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, 50% at handover. International clients pay in USD; Indonesian clients pay in IDR.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Sites come with an admin panel and an onboarding session that walks you through editing pages, photos and posts.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Absolutely. We work remotely (calls, previews and handover), so time zones are rarely a problem.
