Who we are
WITA Production is a small web and AI studio based in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, run by Widya Yasa and Tania Prastya. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean WITA Production.
What data we collect
This website has no account, login or database, and its forms do not send data to us or to any form service. When you press send, the form only opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you send it yourself.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to share, for example:
- your name and business name
- your phone number or email address
- details about your project, budget and timeline
- files or materials you send us for a project
How we use your data
- to reply to your questions and offer a free consultation
- to prepare a proposal and quote
- to design, build, launch and support your project
- to send invoices and keep records of our work together
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are read most. It only loads after you press "Accept" in the cookie popup. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set.
When you accept, Google Analytics collects:
- the pages you visit and how long you stay
- your device type, operating system, browser and screen size
- your approximate location (country and city), based on your IP address
- the website or link that brought you here (referrer)
Cookies, retention and your choice
We do not send your name, email, phone number or messages to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising features are turned off, and Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
Google Analytics sets two cookies on witaproduction.com: _ga, which tells visits apart, and _ga_* (for example _ga_YQ4RJBJHRQ), which keeps the state of your current visit. Both expire after at most 2 years.
Google keeps the analytics data for 14 months and then deletes it automatically. We only look at summary reports.
Google acts as our processor for analytics and may process this data on servers outside Indonesia. You can read how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy
Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us, so the popup does not ask again. You can change your mind at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops and we remove its cookies from your browser.
Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no font service sees your visit.
Hosting and third parties
This website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver and protect the website.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics (Google) processes visit data for us as described above.
When you message us, WhatsApp (Meta) or Gmail (Google) also handle your message under their own privacy policies. These services may store data on servers outside Indonesia.
Our project pages link to live websites we built for clients and to our concept demos. Those sites are run separately and have their own privacy practices. The Nirmara Bali concept demo saves demo bookings only in your own browser.
How long we keep data
We keep messages and project information only as long as we need them to reply to you, work on your project, support it afterwards and keep the records we are required to keep. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
We respect your rights over your personal data, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi). In plain words, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we have about you
- correct data that is wrong or out of date
- delete your data
- stop contacting you
Keeping data safe
We keep your data in our own work accounts, limit access to the two of us, and only share it with someone else when it is needed for your project and you have agreed.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change, for example when we add a new tool. The date at the top shows the latest version.
