step by step

We are a two-person studio, so you work directly with the people designing and building your project. Here is what happens from the first chat to launch day, and after.

Six steps

  1. Free consultation

    A relaxed chat on WhatsApp or a call about your business, your goals and your budget. We ask questions, suggest the service that fits, and tell you honestly if something is not a good fit.

  2. Proposal, quote and 50% down payment

    We send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and fixed price. Once you agree, a 50% down payment books your slot and we get started.

  3. Design

    We collect your logo, photos and text, then design the look and structure around your brand and your customers. You see and approve the direction before we build.

  4. Development

    We hand-code everything, with no WordPress or page builders. Forms, WhatsApp and email notifications, Google Sheets and AI features are connected and tested as we go, and you can follow progress on a live preview link.

  5. Review and revisions

    You try it on your own phone and laptop and tell us what to change. We make the revisions included in your package and check speed, mobile layout and SEO basics.

  6. Launch and Onboarding

    After the final 50% payment we put it live, set up Google Analytics and hand over the code and accounts. An Onboarding session shows you how to update content and read your visitor stats.

After launch

Optional maintenance

Want us to keep looking after it? Monthly maintenance covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small changes. It is optional, and hourly or ad hoc help is available too.

Payment

Two simple payments

  • 50%Down payment when you approve the proposal
  • 50%Balance at handover, before launch

International clients pay in USD. Clients in Indonesia pay in IDR.
