A calm luxury villa website with a bilingual booking concierge

Self-initiated design concept, not a client project
The challenge
Many small villas and hotels in Bali still take bookings by hand over DMs and WhatsApp. Guests ask the same questions about prices, check in times and airport transfers, often late at night or from another time zone, and wait hours for a reply. Some give up and book somewhere else. We wanted to show what a small resort website could feel like when it answers those questions straight away and takes a booking request on the spot.
Our solution
Nirmara Bali is a fictional resort we designed to explore this. The site has a calm, minimal luxury design with a centred booking bar on a full screen hero. Kadek, a bilingual concierge in English and Bahasa Indonesia, answers common questions, takes a booking step by step with the total price, gives a reservation code that guests can use to look up their booking, and hands the conversation over to WhatsApp with the details already filled in. Everything is custom-coded. In this demo Kadek runs on scripted logic, not a live AI model, and a real AI model can be plugged in through one function when a hotel needs it.
