A loud, friendly brunch cafe landing page with hand drawn illustrations

Self-initiated design concept, not a client project
The challenge
Many cafes in Bali rely on an Instagram feed and a PDF menu. Guests cannot quickly see what the place is like, what is on the menu or how to book a table, and stock templates make every cafe website look the same. We wanted to show a cafe landing page with real personality that still loads fast on a phone with a weak signal.
Our solution
Telor Brunch Club is a fictional cafe we designed to explore this. The page has a bold egg yolk palette, a giant wordmark with a wobbling fried egg, a sticky menu where the section colour follows each dish, an iced kopi glass that fills as you scroll and an egg you crack to open WhatsApp with an order already written. Every illustration is hand drawn SVG, with no photos, no frameworks and no external requests, so the whole page weighs about 240 KB and scores 98 to 100 on Lighthouse performance.
