Workflow automation for Umanu Studio, a fictional interior and renovation studio: every enquiry is qualified with AI, saved to the CRM, answered right away and followed up, shown as an interactive n8n style workflow you can run yourself.
Self-initiated design concept, not a client project
The challenge
Enquiries arrive from the website, WhatsApp and Instagram, and someone has to read each one, copy it into a spreadsheet or CRM, write a reply, tell the owner and remember to follow up. It takes about 15 minutes per lead, replies often come hours later, and promising leads go cold while spam still eats time. Research on online leads shows that replying within minutes instead of hours makes a lead many times more likely to turn into a real conversation.
Our solution
Umanu is a fictional studio we designed to show how this runs on autopilot. Each enquiry is cleaned up, checked against the CRM so returning contacts are updated instead of duplicated, and scored by AI from 0 to 100 with the language and urgency detected and a personal reply drafted. It is saved to the CRM and routed by score: hot leads get an instant reply on the channel they used, an alert to the owner and a call task due in 15 minutes; warm leads get a planning guide, a two day wait and a gentle follow-up; cold leads join the newsletter and spam is archived without a reply. Visitors can send their own test enquiry and watch the nodes light up one by one, click any node to inspect its input and output data, browse the execution history and see the time saved. The same flow can be viewed as a real n8n workflow and downloaded as n8n JSON. Everything is simulated in the browser in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with no real messages, AI or n8n calls.
