Web-based operations system for a Bali laundry: intake, production queue, invoices, stock and payroll in one place.
The challenge
Ilo Bali Laundry serves business clients, each with their own contract and price list, as well as retail customers. Every day there is laundry coming in, work moving through production, invoices and payments to follow up, stock to restock and staff to pay. Keeping all of that in separate notes, chats and spreadsheets takes time and makes it easy to miss something.
Our solution
A private web app that runs the daily operations of the laundry, from intake to invoice. Each staff member logs in and sees the screens for their role, with separate dashboards for the owner, finance, cashier and operators. Staff record each laundry intake, follow it through the production queue and turn it into an invoice and payment. Business clients have contracts with their own price lists, next to the default and retail prices. The system also covers stock and supplier receipts, operational expenses, payroll including THR, notifications and an audit log, with reports for cash flow and operational performance. Our role in this project was web development.
