A rental management system for a Bali car and motorbike rental
Admin dashboard for Kemudi, a fictional car and motorbike rental in Canggu, Bali, with fleet, bookings, an availability calendar, payments and reports.
Self-initiated design concept, not a client project

The challenge
Many rental businesses in Bali still run on WhatsApp chats, a notebook and a spreadsheet. It is easy to promise the same scooter to two guests, lose track of who still owes money or which car is due back today, and the owner cannot see at a glance how busy the fleet really is.
Our solution
Kemudi is a fictional rental we designed to explore this. The dashboard shows revenue, active rentals, fleet utilization and overdue returns, plus today's pickups and returns. The fleet has cars and motorbikes with photos, rates and a service log. Bookings calculate the price from days, daily rate and extras, follow a clear flow from reserved to picked up to returned, and block double bookings while suggesting a free vehicle instead. An availability timeline shows the whole fleet across three weeks, and payments, deposits and reports keep the money side clear. It is a working demo in English and Bahasa Indonesia: everything you add or change is saved only in your own browser, and one click resets the sample data.
