An event production website with an equipment catalogue and quote requests
Website for a Bali event production company that rents out LED screens, lighting, sound and stage equipment.
The challenge
We Are Productions Bali handles the technical side of events in Bali: LED screens, lighting, sound, live camera systems, SFX, generators and drone shows, for weddings, conferences, concerts, launches and government events. Event planners want to see the equipment and past events before they ask for a price, so the team needed one website that shows all of it clearly and makes it easy to send a quote request.
Our solution
A fast, dark-themed event production website that lets the work speak first. The equipment catalogue is grouped by category, from LED screens to drones, and lists key specs such as indoor or outdoor use and cabinet size, with a rental info button on each item. The portfolio page shows past events, filtered by event type, with the equipment used for each one. Quote requests come in through a form that asks for the event type and details, and visitors can also download the full equipment catalogue as a PDF or go straight to WhatsApp. A private admin dashboard sits behind a login for the team. Our role in this project was web development.
